So, following a conversation with Japanese friends tonight, these are all informal, quite frequently heard, British English terms for a man, or a 'guy'. They are not offensive.
1. Chap
Example: "He's a nice chap." (He's a nice guy / man)
If anything 'chap' is possibly slightly upper-class, informal language.
2. Bloke
Example: "He's a good bloke." (He's a nice guy / man)
'Bloke' is universal across all classes.
3. Geezer
This is much more of a Cockney London term. It means man, but it can also imply a man who is a bit dodgy, or (modern) a bit cool.
Example:"A bunch of geezers." (A group of men. Possibly Cockney men!)
